Initiating a Return or Exchange

If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to us at hello@gobarhastkrati.com or +91 – 88158573596 within 24 hours of placing your order. We’re here to assist you.

Product Verification

Our dedicated team will carefully assess the returned products to ensure they are in suitable condition for exchange.

Return Requirements

  • To facilitate the return process, ensure that your return includes:
  • The original receipt
  • A return/exchange authorization number (provided by our support team)

Please note that courier costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the event that the products you receive are damaged or defective, we will gladly consider your return request.

Kindly, record a video at the time of unboxing the product. It will help us to ensure that the product you’ve received is damaged at the time of the delivery, if in case, any.

We may also request a photo of the damaged product along with your bill details to expedite the process.

Once the Refund request met all the above mentioned criteria, we’ll initiate the refund process, and you’ll receive it in between 5 to 7 working days from the day refund is initiated.
